Alongside our expert team in the gun room, and the 5 star food production facilities we have, it makes sense to offer a challenging, informative and practical experience, which we are calling, Field2Fork!

This can include guided and supported deer stalks.

If you would just like a fridge to fork day, that can be arranged too, with us supplying the deer / pheasant etc

Back at HQ, your quarry will hang our fridge, and the process of skinning and butchery begins.

Learn how to joint, where the cuts come from, then also mince and make sausages & pies.

Take home your packaged meat, ready to drop in the freezer.

You actual day will vary depending on the type of game you are using and your menu ideas etc.
