Bank holiday butchery

We've been busy dealing with a couple of Scottish deer carcasses that a client had brought in to us.

We have state of the art chiller facilities, to hang the carcasses, as well as a purpose built food preparation room.

All 5 star local authority rated.

Their freezer is now chocked full of venison joints, mince, sausages and burgers.

We occasionally also have some venison and pork to sell at the Barn: drop us a line
